Returns Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

A product is eligible for return if:

• The return request is raised within 7 days from the date of delivery

• The product is unused, undamaged, and in original condition

• The product is returned in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and invoices

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

• Items without original packaging or invoice

• Products marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page

• Customized or special-order products

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery

2. Share order details and reason for return

3. Our team will review and approve the request

4. After approval, you will receive return instructions

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

4. Replacement Policy

• Replacements are applicable only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products

• Replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

• Subject to stock availability

5. Refund Policy

• Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed

• Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment

• Refund processing time: 7–10 working days

• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error

6. Return Shipping

• If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or wrong product, return shipping will be borne by us

• For all other returns, return shipping costs must be borne by the customer

7. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

• Provide images or videos for verification

• After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund

8. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only

• Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted

• Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 7–10 working days
